What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect: your name, organization, e-mail address, role, approximate number of users and your message.
The server records the IP address for security and to limit automated requests.
Why we use the data
We use the data to answer your demo request and to send you a quote. The legal basis is your consent and the steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
How long we keep the data
We keep the request for at most 24 months after the last contact, then we delete it. If the request becomes a contract, the contract data is kept for the periods the law requires.
Where the data is and who receives it
The data is stored on servers in the European Union. We do not sell the data and do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
The website sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising scripts. The fonts are hosted on our server. If we add an analytics tool, we will ask for your consent first.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
